Job summary

The Children’s Cabinet, Inc. is seeking a Director of Case Management in Reno, NV, to provide strategic leadership for case management and care coordination aligned with Wraparound principles.

You will guide service standards, workflows, staff competencies, and documentation to support Medicaid eligibility, compliance, and billing. • Leadership development, supervision, budget management, nonprofit operations.
• Case management, care coordination, family-centered practice, and community-based human services.
• Wraparound principles and comprehensive care coordination.
• Medicaid-funded services, documentation, compliance, billing, and reimbursement practices.
• Electronic health records, case management systems, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for agency case management and care coordination services.
• Promote coordinated service planning across agency programs to reduce duplication and improve referrals.
• Lead the development and maintenance of agency-wide case management practices and documentation.
• Advance Medicaid readiness and billing support for eligible services.
• Foster partnerships with community providers and stakeholders to strengthen referrals and services.
• Monitor budgets and program finances in coordination with Finance and Leadership.
