Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Operations Manager in Forest, MS to coordinate schedules across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering. The role involves direct manufacturing support, cross-functional leadership, and driving program success across all phases from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of related experience, a university degree or higher, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience depending on degree.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules with Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering and other functions.
• Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and CORE best practices.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives for recurring efforts and new opportunities.
• Coordinate Operations bids for development and production proposals.
• Generate production plans and write manufacturing sections of technical proposals.
