The role oversees scheduling, staffing, performance metrics, and workforce management, ensuring alignment with DIA analytic standards and production timelines. Active TS/SCI clearance and PMP are preferred; experience with cleared analytic teams is essential.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
• Strong operational management and coordination experience.
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
• Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
