Job summary

Base-2 Solutions invites a Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of the DIA’s SIA-3 IDIQ. You will synchronize task order activities, coordinate across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners, and drive on-schedule delivery.

The role requires PMP certification and DoD/IC program experience, with emphasis on production timelines, workforce management, and status reporting. A TS/SCI-friendly environment is common.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD or IC programs with strong operational management.
• Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
• Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
• Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
• Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
• Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
• Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
• Act as PM designee when required.
