Textron Systems, located in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a Program Manager to own critical scope within a growing program. You will lead program execution, present senior level briefs, apply EV techniques, manage CAM responsibilities, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Business, Supply Chain, or similar discipline acceptable.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of Program Management experience.
• Hands-on management style with ownership of scope and timely cross-functional execution.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and work with engineering, contracts, finance, scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, technical, and schedule requirements to deliver products on-time and within cost targets.
• Develop and present formal briefs to internal and external senior leaders; lead internal dry runs.
• Apply Earned Value techniques to monitor and control Baseline.
• Perform CAM responsibilities for program budget; develop budgetary baseline and conduct variance analyses.
• Drive IMS critical paths, create actionable plans for timely completion of tasks.
• Manage Risks & Opportunities for assigned scope and communicate with suppliers.
• Lead proposal generation and submittal to the customer.
