Textron Systems is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead strategic weapon system programs within the Weapon Systems business area. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating with design, execution, integration, and testing teams to meet technical requirements on time and within budget.

The role requires 10 years in defense, 5 years in program management on defense programs, EVMS experience, and the ability to travel ~25%. Secret clearance is required; Top Secret preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the Defense industry.
• 5 years of program Management Experience on Defense Programs.
• Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities.
• Execution of Earned Value Management System programs.
• Experience working with diverse, multifunctional teams.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to travel ~25%.
• Proposal Development experience.
• Security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, technical, and schedule requirements of all program components.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans.
• CAM responsibilities: budget baseline, cost reviews, variance analysis, LRE updates, and EAC analysis.
• Ensure program execution aligns with AS9100 Quality requirements and Textron best practices.
• Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.
