Job summary

Textron Systems in Utah/Hill AFB area is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead critical scope within a growing defense program. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating across engineering, contracts, finance, and supply chain in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 8+ years PM experience, hands-on leadership, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in Program Management.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, technical, and schedule requirements to deliver on-time, cost-effective products.
• Develop and present briefs to senior leaders and lead internal dry runs.
• Apply Earned Value management techniques to monitor performance baseline.
• Perform CAM responsibilities, budget baseline, cost reviews, and EAC analysis.
• Drive IMS critical paths and create actionable plans for timely completion.
• Manage Risks & Opportunities for assigned scope.
• Interface with suppliers and Textron Systems’ procurement to communicate updates.
• Collaborate with customers’ Program Managers and report progress.
• Lead proposal generation and mentor Project Managers.
