Job summary

Trissential is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead a large-scale warehouse relocation and records management initiative in a hybrid St. Paul environment.

You will coordinate with executive stakeholders, operational teams, and vendors to drive planning, budgeting, and execution from kickoff through closeout. The role requires 10+ years in program/project/operations management, experience with warehouse operations, and strong governance and data migration oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, relocations, and/or logistics coordination initiatives.
• Strong project and program management with exceptional stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with inventory management, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to lead initiatives requiring collaboration across business, operational, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff activities, stakeholder engagement sessions, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Assist leadership with validating inventory records, operational requirements, dependencies, and phasing.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with operational teams for inventory review, reconciliation, reduction, and records retention.
• Manage vendor-supported services including inventory movement, warehouse logistics, and disposal vendors.
• Support warehouse move preparation, staging, logistics planning, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate data migration efforts for a new records management system.
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans across teams and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation related to relocation activities and deliverables.
• Support closeout activities, lessons learned, and transition planning.
