Job summary

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Warehouse Manager for its St. Louis, MO site. You will lead supervisors and production staff, safeguard quality and customer service, and keep the site staffed, scheduled, and on standard.

This hands-on operations role requires overseeing multiple shifts and coordinating with site contacts and the Project Manager to maintain consistent performance. A strong background in warehousing and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build working relationships with employees and customer site contacts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift and cover at least two shifts, including nights at times, with start times that change during the week.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
• Experience supervising 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production and supervise Project Supervisors and the Quality Lead
• Keep the customer satisfied and respond quickly to changes in work priorities
• Collect, compile, and analyze site activity data and production reports
• Lead site HR support: interviewing, onboarding, and day-to-day workforce issues
• Work directly with on-site customer points of contact and keep the Project Manager and site staff aligned
• Address poor performance and conduct issues and fix problems at the site level
• Build plans and schedules, oversee quality control, and verify corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with quality staff on defects and keep day and night shifts working to the same standard

Overview:

We are hiring a Site Manager to run day-to-day operations at a large records-warehouse site. You will lead supervisors and production staff, protect quality and customer service, and keep the site staffed, scheduled, and on standard. This is a hands-on operations role, not a desk-only job.
