Job summary

Trissential, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale warehouse relocation and records management initiative for a client. The role requires collaboration with executive stakeholders, operational teams, and vendors from planning through closeout, driving a transformation with precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations Management
• Experience with large-scale warehouse operations and relocations
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across workstreams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff, stakeholder engagement, governance structures and communications
• Assist leadership with inventory validation, requirements, dependencies and implementation phasing
• Support budgeting, cost analysis and financial planning activities
• Coordinate inventory review, reconciliation, reduction and records retention
• Manage vendor services including inventory movement, warehouse logistics and disposal vendors
• Prepare and coordinate warehouse move activities, staging, logistics planning and readiness
• Coordinate data migration efforts for new records management system
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans across teams and vendors
• Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables
• Support closeout activities and lessons learned sessions
