Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Operations Management
• Experience with large-scale warehouse operations and relocations
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across workstreams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff, stakeholder engagement, governance structures and communications
• Assist leadership with inventory validation, requirements, dependencies and implementation phasing
• Support budgeting, cost analysis and financial planning activities
• Coordinate inventory review, reconciliation, reduction and records retention
• Manage vendor services including inventory movement, warehouse logistics and disposal vendors
• Prepare and coordinate warehouse move activities, staging, logistics planning and readiness
• Coordinate data migration efforts for new records management system
• Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation plans across teams and vendors
• Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverables
• Support closeout activities and lessons learned sessions

Trissential is hiring a Program Manager to join our client's team and lead a large-scale warehouse relocation and records management initiative. This high-impact role will allow you to collaborate with executive stakeholders, operational teams, and vendors while driving a critical transformation project from planning through implementation and closeout.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff activities, stakeholder engagement sessions, governance structures, and communication plans
• Assist project leadership with validating inventory records, operational requirements, project dependencies, and implementation phasing
• Support overall project budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate with operational teams to support inventory review, reconciliation, reduction, and records retention activities
• Manage and coordinate vendor-supported services, including inventory movement, warehouse logistics, records management providers, and disposal vendors
• Support warehouse move preparation, staging activities, logistics planning, and implementation readiness efforts
• Coordinate activities related to a new records management system implementation and associated data migration efforts
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans across multiple teams and vendors
• Develop and maintain project documentation related to warehouse relocation activities and project deliverables
• Support project closeout activities, lessons learned sessions, and transition planning documentation

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, warehouse relocations, and/or logistics coordination initiatives
• Strong project and program management experience with exceptional stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with inventory management, inventory validation, and reconciliation processes
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple vendors and cross-functional teams within complex project environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Ability to lead initiatives that require collaboration across business, operational, and technical teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with state government, public sector, or government agency projects
• Experience implementing records management or document management systems
• Knowledge of records retention programs and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting data migration activities as part of system implementations
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Additional program management, logistics, or operations certifications are a plus

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $148,000–$158,000 annually or $88–$98 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
