Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting, Inc. in the DC Metro area seeks a Program Manager to lead Task Order performance and serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, COR, and TPOC.

You will coordinate multi-location teams and ensure disciplined execution of program plans for mission-critical initiatives. The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a Master’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing programs, contracts, or task orders of similar size and complexity.
• Experience applying Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Current certification such as PMP or PgMP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for overall TO performance.
• Act as the liaison between Navitas and Government stakeholders (COR, TPOC, leadership).
• Provide leadership, coordination, and quality assurance across contractor activities.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure disciplined execution of program plans, schedules, and governance.
