Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the overall lead for Task Order performance. The PM will interface with Government leadership and stakeholders, ensuring disciplined execution across multi-location teams.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years of program leadership experience. PMP/PgMP certification is preferred, with strong governance and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in CS, engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years leading programs, contracts, or task orders.
• Experience with adaptive program management (e.g., Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall).
• Current PMP or PgMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Task Order performance as the primary accountable manager.
• Act as liaison between Navitas and Government stakeholders (COR, TPOC).
• Provide leadership, coordination, and quality assurance across contractor activities.
• Direct cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Deliver status briefings on cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
