Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead contract performance as the Government's primary point of contact. The PM will manage all contractor activities, including subcontractors, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification, with extensive experience in program management, workforce planning, and contract financial oversight to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Within the past ten years, experience managing a program or project of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
• Within the past five years, experience planning, overseeing, and determining workforce requirements for projects of similar size and complexity.
• Within the past five years, experience conducting contract financial management and performance monitoring, including KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government's primary point of contact for contract performance.
• Oversee all Nightwing personnel and subcontractor activities under the contract.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and provide regular performance reporting.
• Identify and communicate risks to contract performance and mitigation plans.
