Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager II for Relay Operations Center to drive technology integration and process improvements across ATS lines. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build roadmaps, define requirements, and mitigate risks to scale new technologies and processes.

You will liaise between stakeholders, streamline workflows, track metrics, and balance technical feasibility with business goals to deliver impactful programs across the organization.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
Experience translating operational needs into actionable technology solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Design and manage roadmaps for integrating new technologies and processes across ATS lines.
Lead cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and building consensus.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies that boost operational performance.
