Job summary

ALOM is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms, aligning business needs with engineering execution to deliver compliant operations. This role requires leading cross-functional programs, translating requirements into scalable tech solutions, and optimizing end-to-end order and warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech with 3+ years in program/project management.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS systems (prefer all four).
• Experience with AI/automation tools and evaluating feasibility/ROI.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or related methods to workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status.
• Manage risk, scope, and change control across multiple workstreams.
• Create clear business documentation of as‑is and to‑be processes.
• Understand internal processes to recommend optimization and implement changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP systems and integration layers.
• Perform research to scope processes and contribute to system designs across apps.
• Ensure clean data flow across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS, focusing on order lifecycle handoffs.
• Liaise with external customers to understand requirements and onboard to ALOM systems.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore options and meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs with IT and system integrators.
• Drive visibility, prioritization, planning, and delivery for engineering teams.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to redesign workflows before adding new tech.
• Develop training materials and SOP documentation.
