Job summary

ALOM seeks a Program Manager to shape the future of technology-enabled supply chains, driving strategic initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS. You will connect business needs with engineering execution to deliver high-compliance operations.

You will lead cross-functional programs, translate requirements into scalable tech solutions, and mentor teams through implementation, testing, and training, with a focus on continuous improvement and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology with at least 3+ years in program/project management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS (all four preferred).
• Experience applying AI/automation to business process improvement and ROI evaluation.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or BPR methodologies in real workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Preference for PMP/PgMP or Six Sigma/Lean; experience with system modernization, e.g., replatforming.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus); familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and analytics/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans; track milestones and report status.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across concurrent workstreams; drive decisions to closure.
• Create clear business documentation outlining as-is and to-be processes for evaluation.
• Build deep understanding of internal processes to recommend optimizations and design changes.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP and integration layers; stay aware of emerging tech.
• Scope processes, recommend products, and contribute to complex system designs across multiple apps.
• Ensure clean data flow and process alignment across ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS, especially order lifecycle handoffs.
• Partner with customers to understand requirements and onboard them to ALOM capabilities.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore options and meet timelines.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs with IT and integrators.
• Drive visibility, prioritization, planning, and delivery for engineering; manage backlog and UAT.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to redesign workflows before adding new technology.
• Develop training materials and SOP/topology documentation; close knowledge gaps.
