Job summary

Aroghia Group, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced software engineering leader with deep supply chain domain knowledge to guide enterprise solutions for OMS/WMS, fulfillment, and logistics.

You will work with business and operations teams, external partners, APIs, microservices, and integration platforms to deliver scalable, data-driven transformations across complex supply chains.

Job description

10+ years of software engineering and enterprise solution delivery experience.

Strong program management and project delivery skills.

Deep knowledge of Supply chain processes:

• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Fulfillment and Logistics Processes

Experience with:

• APIs and Microservices
• Integration Platforms
• Data Mapping and Transformation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience working directly with business, operations teams, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP AFS
• Manhattan WMS
• AI-enabled or AI-native OMS platforms
• Amazon MCF integrations
• Retail, Footwear, Apparel, or Consumer Products industry experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern integration frameworks, and automation technologies.
