Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Stock Plan Services Technology Engineering Leader, Head of SPS Information Delivery, to blend stock plan domain expertise with data design, architecture, migration and client data delivery. You will lead a team delivering reporting, APIs and data extracts to support SPS modernization and enhance client experience.

You will partner with Fidelity leaders to set data standards, drive modernization, and ensure data quality, governance and operational excellence

Qualifications

Extensive stock plans domain expertise including recordkeeping and regulatory concepts.
Experience designing and delivering data platforms, reporting and integration solutions.
Proven ability to lead large data and engineering teams and drive modernization programs.

Responsibilities

Lead a technology organization delivering modern reporting, APIs, extracts and data migration.
Set standards for data design, movement, and information delivery across SPS modernization.
Partner with Business, Product, Operations and Technology leaders to execute the data strategy and measure outcomes.
Mentor and develop technology leaders, align talent with modernization priorities.
