Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related area plus three years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of university rules and budget/processes, and ability to manage HR actions including hiring, renewals, extensions, resignations, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to interact with diverse groups and vendors.
• Knowledge of contracts, grants, and basic fundraising processes; ability to work with office staff and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex scheduling, travel logistics, and calendar management for the Center leadership and teams.
• Prepare executive briefings, stakeholder materials, and program reports; maintain confidential documentation and approvals.
• Support grants administration and procurement; track budgets, expenses, and reimbursements to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Assist with event planning, donor relations, and coordination of cross-functional activities across campus.
