Job summary

As Assistant Program Manager, you will oversee scheduling, travel, and events, assist with grants, and monitor the Center's fiduciary budget, procurement, and reimbursements, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of related experience or education plus three years in related area.
• Knowledge of university rules, budget, accounting, fund management, and HR actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical, higher education, nonprofit, and public-sector environments.
• Serve as the right-hand to leadership and technical teams, managing confidential documents and agreements.
• Prepare executive briefings, stakeholder materials, and reports; support university partnerships and research initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, calendaring, travel, meetings, and special events for the Center.
• Assist faculty with grants; manage budget, procurement, and reconciliation of expenses.
• Ensure fiduciary responsibility for Center budget and related payments.
