Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Supply Chain role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Raytheon sub-tier suppliers in conjunction with the acquisition professional.
• Coordinate program needs with Engineering, Program Operations, Production Control, and Scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison between suppliers, internal supply chain, engineering, and program management to ensure supplier health and resolve technical or delivery concerns.
• Influence and build strong partnerships across multiple functions supporting the programs.
• Prepare documentation and present updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement material strategies that support multi-year production plans in collaboration with PMO, CGO, and program supply chain teams.
• Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Travel to key suppliers to support program activities such as QBR, TIM, MRA.
