Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV in the Project Management area to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs. The role ensures planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, with executive-level updates and risk management.

A PMP/PgMP is preferred and 8+ years of PM experience is required. The role supports diverse teams, collaborates with leadership, and may involve remote/hybrid schedules depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Coordinate work of project managers/business analysts overseeing multiple workgroups.
• Create executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics post-implementation.
• Develop and deliver training materials to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees and manage risks/escalations.
