Job summary

Qualifications

• PgM must have proven expertise in Program and Project management.
• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience overseeing large contractor teams and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and deliverables for 17 FTEs across the contract.
• Coordinate with COR, CO, and ETO Chiefs on program status.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working groups.
• Ensure contract requirements and performance metrics are met.
• Manage contractor accountability and personnel changes.
• Provide strategic program guidance and risk management.
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports and conduct Monthly In-Progress Reviews.
• Ensure quality control across all contract activities.
