Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience overseeing contracts, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of FAR/HSAR/HSAM, FEMA policies, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for CO and COR for all contract activities.
• Provide leadership and oversight of personnel, task orders, budgets, and performance.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor acquisition support services across the full lifecycle.
• Ensure all contract requirements and performance metrics are met on time and within scope.
• Manage funding, budgets, labor utilization, and financial reporting using complex mechanisms.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and oversee contractor staff and subcontractors.
• Develop quality control and performance standards to ensure contract success.
• Monitor risks, identify mitigations, and resolve cost/schedule/performance issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships, setting expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support strategic acquisition planning, procurement forecasting, and program management.
• Prepare and submit required reports including dashboards and progress reports.
