Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple interrelated projects within a coordinated program. You will align initiatives with business goals, promote standardized PMO practices, and optimize resource allocation across engineering, procurement, and operations teams.

You will also lead governance reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and act as a change agent to embed PMO processes across the organization, collaborating with workstream

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of project/program management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Identifies and manages dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
Manages risks, issues, and change requests.
Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision-making.
Engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and drive adoption of PMO processes.
