Job summary

Modine, a global leader in thermal management, seeks a Program Manager to coordinate multiple interrelated projects within a program and align initiatives with business goals. You will drive standardized processes and optimize resource use across engineering, procurement, and operations.

You will also act as a change agent to embed PMO practices, lead governance reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with workstream leads to drive program success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
• PMP preferred (or other applicable framework).

Position Description

This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects as part of a coordinated program. The Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business goals, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams. They work closely with workstream leads and cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives.

Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering, procurement, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees program‑level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision‑making.
• Actively engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and to drive adoption of PMO processes across the organization.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational change skills.
• PMP preferred (or other applicable framework).
