• Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget; meet quality standards.
• Link program expenditures to strategic outcomes and KPIs; prepare executive reviews.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to team process improvements.
• Coordinate with city departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
