GHJ Search and Staffing partners with a dynamic Atlanta organization to fill a Finance Manager role within its finance team. This hybrid position is ideal for a strategic and analytical finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and support organizational growth.

The Finance Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting while providing insights that support executive decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or CPA is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with ERP/Planning tools experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights into business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
