Qualifications

  • Associate degree in accounting, business/public administration, or finance, or two years fiscal analysis experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, prepares, analyzes and revises budgets and supporting schedules for assigned programs.
  • Analyzes financial trends, budget program issues and recommended actions.
  • Performs expenditure analyses and prepares budget-related summaries for management.
  • Represents assigned budget areas to legislature and monitors adherence to allocations.
