Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead a program management team supporting Product and Quality within Networking Supply Chain. You will drive cross‑functional and cross‑regional initiatives to design and deliver scalable supply chain capabilities and strategies.

The role requires advanced supply chain knowledge, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to develop teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 8+ years of experience in a supply chain or related function, preferably within product lifecycle, and product and component quality or manufacturing domains.
• Typically, 5+ years Program Management experience (program management qualifications preferred).
• People management experience or indirect cross functional leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management.
• Manages a team of exempt individual contributors.
• Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
• Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues.
• Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a limited scope.
• Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
