Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own material handling projects across its network. You will drive end-to-end delivery from initiation to handover, coordinating with WWDE, Operations Engineering, and suppliers to ensure successful implementations.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to standardize project delivery, improve velocity, and maintain high quality across complex material handling systems.

Qualifications

• Lead/execution of material handling system implementations.
• Partner with WWDE, Operations Engineering, and strategic suppliers to deliver projects.
• Develop and improve the Project Lifecycle Framework and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader between engineering, operations, and implementation partners.
• Lead cross-functional communications and strategic planning for material handling deployment, determine KPIs, and drive standardization initiatives.
• You must be obsessed with execution excellence, creating mechanisms that increase velocity while maintaining quality.
