Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead large, multi-project initiatives. You will drive end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business priorities, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering expected outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical problem solving, and the ability to translate goals into coordinated plans across teams. Proficiency with PM tools and hybrid methodologies is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of program or project management experience in business or technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, statistics, business, health care, or engineering, etc.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Advanced proficiency with planning, tracking, reporting, and managing interdependencies across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated program plans across multiple related projects.
• Leads coordination of multiple project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitors progress, identifies risks and mitigation strategies across programs.
• Tracks and reports program KPIs and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Ensures alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
• Facilitates governance activities and supports continuous improvement.
