Qualifications

• At least 4 years of technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, statistics, business, health care, engineering, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM approaches.
• Working knowledge of project management tools (scheduling, tracking, collaboration).
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, and risk management concepts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to elevate risks and issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
• Ability to learn new software with minimal instruction and teach others.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Mastery of standard applications, project-specific software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Leads cross-functional teams to execute project activities and achieve objectives.
• Monitors progress, identifies risks, and leads mitigation strategies.
• Tracks KPIs and communicates status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manages scope, schedule, and change control to align with objectives.
