Qualifications

• 12+ years of program and project management experience in global organizations.
• Large corporation integration experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across teams.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and propose actionable solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities managing multiple initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Process discovery, design, and implementation experience.
• Lean concepts and tools knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders and owners in detailed planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives.
• Work with IT, sales, marketing, and engineering to enable effective execution of project deliverables.
• Own the portfolio of initiatives within scope and budget; ensure efficient and optimal progression.
• Serve as a point of contact; provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations across the lifecycle.
• Implement metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
• Support resource allocation across initiatives to ensure necessary tooling and support.
• Lead budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective execution.
