Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in Bellevue, WA to join the Startup Integrated Planning team within the GEMS organization. You will lead a team of contracted planners, shape the integrated planning program, and drive scalable, high-quality schedules across large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong scheduling expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data to drive improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• 3+ years of integrated scheduling experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Shape workforce and vendor strategy for contracted planners and scale with portfolio growth.
• Oversee contracted planners: set expectations, train on planning standards, review quality.
• Track planning health with KPIs and weekly status reports.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for planning activities and governance.
• Collaborate with design, operations, construction, and IT to drive planning adoption.
