The role leads contracted planners, shapes strategy, and scales integrated scheduling across a broad North American project portfolio. The candidate will mature planning disciplines, oversee governance, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with functions like design, operations, and construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with integrated scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance workforce and vendor strategy for contracted planners.
• Oversee contracted project planners: set expectations and review deliverables.
• Assign and rebalance planners across projects based on priority and workload.
• Track project budgets and provide funding inputs for planning resources.
• Refine quality standards for integrated project schedules and governance.
• Ensure weekly planning status reports are accurate and distributed on time.
• Develop SOPs and automation to boost planner productivity.
