Job summary

AV is seeking a Program Manager III to oversee complex programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance meet business goals. This role acts as the central point of contact for program execution with internal and external customers.

The PM will drive lifecycle activities, manage risks, budgets, and staffing, and collaborate with business development on opportunities while ensuring policy compliance and robust customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of Program Management experience.
• Experience running firm fixed price programs and risk mitigation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program lifecycle and ensure customer alignment and satisfaction.
• Define and manage program controls, risks, and success criteria.
• Coordinate teams and inter-dependencies; set priorities.
• Inform stakeholders on status and health; lead reviews with customer and execs.
• Develop and maintain program plans including budget and staffing.
• Support creation and maintenance of product requirements.
• Advise on changes in scope and impacts to leadership and customer.
• Support Business Development in bidding and capturing opportunities.
• Assist in cost and technical proposal preparation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
