Job summary

Everfox seeks a Defense Tech - Project Manager PMR Support to coordinate PMR activities and maintain the operational rhythm for the Defense Tech tower within the Strategic Growth Office. You will track commitments, consolidate status updates, and prepare executive reports to ensure on‑time delivery across programs and partnerships.

The role requires strong PMO skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and former experience with defense or federal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of program management, project coordination, PMO, or related experience preferred.
• Experience supporting technology, defense, federal government, or complex cross‑functional programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the cadence, agenda, materials, and reporting for PMRs, including executive summaries, status reports, action logs, and decks.
• Consolidate updates from technical leads, partner managers, and sales stakeholders into a clear narrative.
• Track actions, risks, decisions, and dependencies to completion and raise issues as needed.
• Support growth initiatives by tracking solution development, architectures, prototypes, and customer engagements.
• Coordinate activities across technical, sales, alliances, product management, and external partners.
