Job summary

Aquent is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of advanced programs in San Bruno, CA. You will define scopes, timelines, OKRs, and risks, and build systems for continuous improvement while driving product excellence and brand trust.

You’ll manage stakeholders, communications, and change management to ensure business outcomes exceed expectations. Lead cross-functional teams, author charters, plan phases, and monitor progress with robust governance and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to author program charters, define scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and risks for complex programs.
• Experience creating detailed plans and breaking initiatives into discrete phases with dependencies.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and clear roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program lifecycle from charter to rollout and governance.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, risks, and dependencies for initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and design tailored communications for all audiences.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolutions with cross-functional teams.
