You will build robust governance structures, manage stakeholders, and implement change management practices to deliver measurable results across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end programs from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Author program charters with scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and risks.
• Create detailed project plans breaking initiatives into phases.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enable decision-making.
• Manage program escalations and resolve issues quickly.
• Design and implement regular program communications.
• Lead change management rollout plans and measure progress.
• Collect data for governance and maintain trackers.
• Manage tasks and dependencies with Product Excellence values.
• Define governance structures and lead program meetings.
• Determine phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Set checkpoints to show improvement metrics and pivots.
