Job summary

Aquent seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to independently manage complex programs that span multiple teams and drive critical business outcomes. You will author charters, craft detailed plans, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional execution with a focus on change management, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with product quality and brand integrity while delivering programs on schedule

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communications Management (PgM/TPM).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• Strong ability to manage organizational change and related processes.
• Demonstrated technical judgment in program decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid planning, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience with portfolio management across multiple programs.
• Empathy and understanding of users and stakeholders.
• Proven execution and governance skills for programs.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Independently author comprehensive program charters with scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed project plans with phase breakdowns, risks, and dependencies.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Proactively manage escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Design and implement program communication plans for various stakeholders.
• Execute change management plans with rollout impact analysis.
• Collect data for governance and maintain accurate trackers and status reports.
• Identify tasks and manage dependencies while considering product quality and brand integrity.
• Define governance structures, manage mitigations and postmortems, and run effective team meetings.
• Define program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize resources.
