Blue Shield of California is seeking a CalPERS Program Manager, Consultant to lead the monitoring and management of trend and operating income variances for HMO and PPO lines. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track milestones, and provide regular progress and risk reports to drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes data warehouse analysis, development of tracking logs and dashboards, and executive-level presentation materials to support informed decision-making

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial performance metrics, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with cross-functional business operations and healthcare administration.
• Experience with development and maintenance of tracking logs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Experience with executive reporting and presentation development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ongoing monitoring and management of HMO and PPO trend and operating income performance variances.
• Identify emerging issues and maintain initiative and action plan inventories.
• Track ownership and key milestones; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure accountability and drive performance improvement.
• Coordinate data warehouse analysis and related efforts.
