Blue Shield of California is seeking a CalPERS Program Manager, Consultant who will report to the Director of Select Business Solutions.

You will lead monitoring and management of HMO/PPO trend and operating income performance variances, identify issues, maintain action plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and provide regular progress reporting to ensure accountability and drive performance improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 7 years of prior relevant experience noted.
• Experience with financial performance metrics and variance analysis.
• Experience with cross-functional business operations and healthcare administration.
• Experience creating and maintaining tracking logs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Experience developing executive reporting and presentations.

Your Role

The Select Business Solutions team at Blue Shield of California plays a central role in managing the performance of the Select Markets lines of business ensuring the delivery of high-quality, affordable healthcare services to our members. The CalPERS Program Manager, Consultant will report to the Director of Select Business Solutions. In this role you will lead the ongoing monitoring and management of HMO and PPO trend and operating income performance variances by identifying emerging issues, maintaining initiative and action plan inventories, tracking ownership and key milestones, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and providing regular reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure accountability and drive performance improvement. Additional responsibilities may include data warehouse analysis and coordination.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
