The ideal candidate will design roadmaps, manage budgets, mentor project managers, and drive change across the organization while maintaining governance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement program governance frameworks, roadmaps, and operating cadences.
• Translate organizational strategy into clear program objectives, milestones, and success measures.
• Oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring coordinated execution across workstreams.
• Allocate resources, budgets, capacity, and priorities across the program.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating decisions when needed.
• Align executives and stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment.
• Establish program performance metrics and use data to guide decisions and actions.
• Report progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
