Job summary

N-iX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a 6-month transformation program for an insurer/tech client. The role will oversee end-to-end planning, rollout, and KPI management across OEM, insurer, and operations workstreams.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, report to executives, and ensure readiness for go/no-go milestones, with a strong emphasis on process stabilization and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• Very strong end-to-end programme management.
• Experience in complex cross-functional transformation/IT programmes.
• Technical understanding to challenge dependencies and deliverables.
• Rigorous task, risk, dependency and decision management.
• Track record in rollout and scale-up programmes.
• Stakeholder management up to executive level.
• Strong analytical skills, KPI-driven.
• Able to translate between business, operations and IT.
• Strong delivery focus and consistent follow-up.
• Upper intermediate English and German speaking language.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan across all workstreams.
• Define and track milestones, deliverables, owners and dependencies.
• Track plan vs. actual; run a weekly RAG status and decision cadence.
• Own the overall status as the single source of truth.
• Rollout and scale-up: readiness for OEM/insurer rollouts, go/no-go criteria, training and product releases.
• Dependency and critical-path management: identify blockers and surface dependencies.
• Product and process stabilisation: track incidents, defects and resolutions.
• KPI and performance management: develop KPI framework and monitor lead times.
• Resource and prioritisation management: spot bottlenecks and steer prioritisation.
• Stakeholder and management engagement: central coordination and executive reporting.
