Roush is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes across design, fabrication, assembly, and tooling. You will lead a team of engineers, train staff, and ensure production equipment integrates smoothly into the facility while maintaining budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a production-based environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 processes and procedures.
• Able to lead and coach engineers; provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing feasibility assessments for capacity, design changes, and quality concerns.
• Develop process flow and line layout requirements.
• Develop and implement effective work instructions.
• Define capital equipment and tooling and manage budget adherence.
• Project manage procurement and acceptance of equipment and tooling.
• Lead ME requirements of Product Development and Launch Processes.
• Implement production equipment into the facility and train staff.
• Assess ergonomic concerns and drive actions to resolve.
