Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and technical leadership and understand international affairs and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to develop and implement successful acquisition policies and assessments.
• Manage actions and risks of assigned program for cost, schedule, and performance program metrics.
• Ensure acquisition program is capabilities-driven, utilizing agile processes and delivering performance within cost and schedule.
• Coordinate planning and activities of the C2BMC Foreign Military Sales Integration Product Office.
• Provide oversight of a diverse team in direct support of OSD, CCMD, NSA, NCDSMO and partner nation priorities.
• Supports execution of FMS CDS procurement cases and the C2BMC FMS acquisition strategy, including P&A, LOR, and LOA execution.
