Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise-level, cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization. You will manage projects such as product launches, system integrations, and operational improvements while ensuring scope, time, costs, and quality meet business objectives.

Successful candidates will bring 3–5+ years in program management, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and Six Sigma or PMP credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP Certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the research environment and healthcare processes.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with large change impact.
• Complex program and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives with diverse projects.
• Owns planning, scope, budget, and milestones to deliver high-quality results.
• Develops communication plans and manages risk with mitigation strategies.
• Represents the project in governance forums and serves as point of contact for status updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
