Qualifications

• Three years of program management and team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and contingency planning.
• Experience writing program funding proposals.
• Budgeting and operating plan development for programs.
• Scheduling of projects for operational excellence.
• Understanding end-to-end program launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Manage activities of cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion.
• Review status with the customer and management team.
• Lead effective meetings with internal and external teams.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate to avoid delays.
• Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
• Close customer-related A/R issues.
• Guide decisions by contract terms and conditions.
• Support launch of new programs or orders.
• Oversee customer management, order delivery, and revenue achievement.
